Rajeev Krishnan is the Head of Product at Needletail AI, where he leads product strategy and the design of AI-powered RCM workflows for multi-location dental practices and DSOs.

He brings 10+ years in B2B SaaS product management across healthcare, martech, and AI. His deepest domain is dental: he spent 6.5 years as a Product Manager at CareStack, building cloud-based dental practice management software from the ground up for enterprise dental groups in the US. That experience gave him a rare, ground-level understanding of how dental operations work, how clinical workflows connect to billing, where revenue leaks happen, and what it takes to ship software that actually fits inside a practice without creating new friction.

Before Needletail, he led product at Inflection.io, a B2B PLG marketing platform, and consulted on product strategy for Nuvae.ai, an AI platform automating hospital workflows. He holds certifications in AI Product Management (Udacity), Product-led Growth (Pendo), and Data Science (IBM), and completed an Introduction to Dental Medicine course from the University of Pennsylvania, a deliberate investment in understanding the clinical side of the industry he builds for.
